Training And Work Process
Work Process:
We can take our client’s sketches and digitize them. Those files are uploaded to secured FTP site with client instructions and project data. We store and maintain drawing information such as title blocks, details and drawing templates we receive from our clients for use in respective projects. We treat such information with highest confidentiality. Once a drawing is checked thoroughly by team leaders, they are uploaded to FTP site for client’s reviews and approval. We have an excellent record of following to our client’s instructions, providing high quality work and meeting deadlines. All through out the process, we work closely with our client providing them utmost transparency and status report at every stage.
Training:
XENON trainees receive extensive and on-going education to familiarize them with our client’s needs and standards. Initially, all members receive several weeks of training to encourage speed and proficiency. Our firm encourages members to be self starters, pro-active and a team player. We heavily emphasize the need for security and awareness of copyright laws to each individual.
The entire process is divided into three phases:
1) Audio Visual: To demonstrate the actual technical procedure of construction.
2) Software training: To make the staff acquainted with various CAD softwares.
3) Dummy Projects: To have hands-on experience, each trainee has to undertake atleast one medium size project.
Once the Individual completes all the phases of the training procedure successfully, he/she is awarded an individual project under the supervision of a senior member.
Security:
We have developed a special data security system Management predominated using advanced technology of IT resources to keep strict vigilant and confidentiality in keeping important records and data files.
